Welcome to Issue #27 of Sake Industry News. Things seemed to have quietened down a bit on the local scene as the breweries find their brewing rhythm and get the season rolling. There still remains a bit to be seen in terms of how breweries are managing their output for the season given the surplus many were left with after this lackluster, COVID-19-interrupted year.
