Welcome to Issue #20 of Sake Industry News. It would be nice if we could be talking about something other than COVID-19, but unfortunately it still looms large in the sake world just as it does in every other aspect of our everyday lives. So, this issue John Gaunter gives us an in depth look at how things have been affected in the last few months.
But in other news, it seems there’s a new twist to the topic of licensing almost every time we go to print, and this issue is no different. It’s great to see people with drive willing to branch out with new enterprises in these rather fiscal and cynical times.
As always, lets stay positive and keep supporting the industry we love the best way we can (which is almost the most fun way) - drink more sake!
