Welcome to Issue #23 of Sake Industry News. For those in Japan, the heat continues without much sign of letting up. Hopefully, for the rest of the world you're experiencing better conditions...all things considered.
As we roll into September, we're just starting to see the offerings available for this year's hiyaoroshi, aki-agari and other assorted autumn releases. Sadly though, without the tasting events and festivals to herald the arrivals it feels rather unceremonious. But we're all getting used to that by now! Let's keep our spirits up and glasses full and see what's been happening in the world of sake.
