Welcome to issue #26 of Sake Industry News.
The hangovers from World Sake Day have subsided and it's back to business as usual for most of us. Even more so for those that actually make the stuff with busy times ahead. For most breweries, production has well and truly begun and the season is off and running. For those of us lucky enough to be close to the action, we can probably expect to start seeing some brash and youthful shiboritate in the next couple of weeks from some of the early birds. Exciting times await as we see how the new season unfolds and how breweries tackle the challenges brought about by COVID-19 and adapt to a new way of doing things.
