Welcome to Issue #29 of Sake Industry News. Things have definitely taken a turn for the cooler in Japan, which brings with it all sorts of discomfort, but on the upside it means we're heading into peak season for kanzake. Some will insist that warmed sake can be enjoyed year round and we wouldn't disagree, but there's a certain satisfaction that comes with indulging in a perfectly warmed sake on a cool evening that just can't be replicated at any other time of the year. So regardless of what's going on in the world, they can't take that away from us!
