Welcome to Issue #47 of Sake Industry News.
Little has changed on the sake landscape in the past few weeks. Emergency restrictions still continue to choke the sake and liquor and hospitality industries. But with restrictions set to expire on September 12, here's hoping there will be some level of sensible and community-minded relaxing on the restrictions, which will help businesses find their feet and locals reconnect with their favorite sake.
There's still plenty of summer sake available, but the autumn releases are popping up more and more frequently giving us all more reason to look forward to getting back into our favorite sake bars.
